How to Export Reports and Data
Built-in reports
Section titled “Built-in reports”SteadyOn includes a set of pre-built reports accessible from the Reports section in the sidebar.

| Hazard Register | All hazards with risk levels, controls, and status — filterable and sortable |
| Incident Summary | Incident counts by type, location, and period |
| Action Closeout | Corrective action status and overdue summary |
| Inspection Summary | Inspection scores and compliance rates |
| Training Compliance | Team training status and expiry overview |
| Board Report | Executive-level summary across all modules |
Export a report to CSV
Section titled “Export a report to CSV”Most list views in SteadyOn include a Export CSV button or similar option in the top right.
From the Audit Log:
- Click Log in the sidebar
- Apply any filters (date range, module, user)
- Click Export CSV
- The file downloads to your computer with all visible entries
From the Hazard Register report:
- Click Reports → Hazard Register
- Apply filters as needed
- Click Export CSV
Use reports for board and management presentations
Section titled “Use reports for board and management presentations”The Board Report gives you a one-page summary suitable for presenting to a board, management team, or auditor. It shows:
- Overall compliance score
- Overdue actions count
- Recent incidents summary
- Upcoming inspections
Use reports for regulatory compliance
Section titled “Use reports for regulatory compliance”For WorkSafe NZ audits or ACC injury management, you can export:
- A full incident register with investigation notes
- Training records for specific workers or certification types
- Inspection history with scores
Filter the relevant module to the date range and criteria needed, then export to CSV.
Print-friendly views
Section titled “Print-friendly views”Browser print (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) on any list page produces a clean, print-ready layout without the sidebar and navigation.
