How to Invite and Manage Team Members

  1. Go to Organisation Settings (building icon in the sidebar footer)
  2. Click the Members tab
  3. Click Invite Member
  4. Enter the person’s email address
  5. Select their role:
    • Admin — full access to manage all data; can invite and remove members
    • Member — can view all data and report hazards/incidents; cannot manage members
  6. Click Send Invitation

The invited person receives an email with a sign-in link. When they click it and enter their email code, they are automatically added to your organisation.

Delete the organisation

If the invited person did not receive the email, or the invitation has expired:

  1. In the Members tab, find the pending invitation
  2. Click Resend to send a new invitation email

  1. In the Members tab, find the person
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal

The person immediately loses access to your SteadyOn organisation. Their historical contributions (hazards they reported, incidents they created, etc.) are retained.

You cannot remove the Owner. The Owner role can only be transferred by contacting SteadyOn support.


  1. In the Members tab, find the person
  2. Click Change Role
  3. Select the new role and confirm

Role changes take effect immediately.
