Scheduled Date	Yes	Date the inspection is planned to occur
Inspector	No	Team member who will conduct the inspection
Site	No	Location or site for this inspection
Notes	No	Instructions or context for the inspector
Status	Auto	Scheduled, In Progress, Complete, or Cancelled

Score fields (set when completing)

Pass count	Number of items marked Pass
Fail count	Number of items marked Fail
N/A count	Number of items marked Not Applicable
Score %	Pass ÷ (Pass + Fail) × 100%

Inspection statuses

Status	Meaning
Scheduled	Planned for a future date
In Progress	Inspector has started but not yet completed the checklist
Complete	Checklist finished; score calculated
Cancelled	Inspection did not go ahead; not counted in compliance score

Quick reference for scheduled inspections:

• 🔴 Red — Scheduled date has passed
• 🟠 Amber — Due within 7 days (configurable)
• 🟢 Green — Due within 14 days (configurable)
• 🔵 Blue — Cancelled, or due date far in the future

Quick reference for completed inspections:

• 🟢 Green — Score 100%
• 🟠 Amber — Score ≥ 80% (configurable)
• 🔴 Red — Score < 80%
